Objective is to give an outsider’s impression on your business. Having run my own business, I know that operators can get (more than a bit) of tunnel vision. Through these engagements, I reinforce what’s working and help you see where we can make improvements.

Typically we spend time in the market with you and your team and do the following:

  • Review you sales strategy (pricing)

  • Review your marketing strategy

  • Meet the key players

  • Visit as many stores as possible.

  • Visit your competitor’s stores, etc.

  • Analyze your web presence

  • Analyze your systems

  • Review your financials (if possible)

  • Review selling processes

  • Review any employee guidebooks or correspondence

Along the way, we will give you as many ideas as possible to help continue the work you have started, and as many candid observations as possible.  we're not afraid to tell a client what he or she may not want to hear and provide a report of our finding.
