Coaching and Development Director

Many companies including Binny's Beverage Depot (Chicagoland) and Heidelberg Distributing Company (Ohio) engage Darryl Rosen to create cutting-edge coaching and development programs for managers and associates alike.  The goal is to have Darryl handle the development function at a fraction of the cost of what it would entail to hire someone.  Darryl spends a considerable amount of the time with these companies but they don't have to invite him for Thanksgiving Dinner! 


Retailer Focus Group (For Distributors or Retailers)

Do you really want to know what you're customers are thinking? The goal, and the purpose of the focus group, is to obtain a truer sense of how customers feel about your company. While many distributors invest in supplier-sponsored surveys, exploratory focus groups provide better information.  


3rd Party Assessment (For Retailers)

Objective is to give an outsider’s impression on your business. Having run my own business, I know that operators can get (more than a bit) of tunnel vision. Through these engagements, I reinforce what’s working and help you see where we can make improvements.

The retail beverage store landscape has changed dramatically over the last several years. Add in the "great recession" and it's probably easy to understand how many operators don't sleep as well as in the past. I can help! My insights and programs have been designed from almost 30 years of industry experience from loading trucks, to running a "retailer of the year" beverage business to working with multiple beverage companies from all tiers of the business and thousands of beverage professionals and leaders.
