One of Darryl's primary engagements is that of  Binny's Beveragebinnys_noback Depot's Director of Training.  Darryl will spend time each month developing the company's sales associates and managers and working with the management team to create a new "Binny's Way" of treating customers.  Binny's management insists on continuing the development of their people and warding off any sign of complacency. 

Many companies as successful as Binny's would fall prey to the curse of complacency. And why not? Binny's is a great business. It's grown by leaps and bounds and is a dominant player in a huge market. Its operational strategy of moving millions of cases of year has worked quite effectively, and the company is known as a service leader.

But they want more as they expand to other markets.


Maletis Beverage - Portland, OR (visit web site)

MALETIS BEVERAGE is a locally owned business and a proud distributor of quality domestic lager beersmaletis brewed by Anheuser Busch, craft style beers brewed by Widmer Brothers Brewing Company, Redhook Brewery, Ninkasi Brewing, Rogue Brewery and more. We also distribute various Imported Beers, such as Stella Artois, Becks, Bass, Hoegaarden, Leffe, Boddington’s, and Czechvar.  Their non-alcoholic portfolio includes Rockstar Energy drinks, Viso beverages, Crystal Geyser beverages, Calypso Lemonades and more. Maletis provides service to the greater Portland-Salem metropolitan area which includes Multnomah County, Washington County, Clackamas County, Marion County, Columbia County, Yamhill County, and Polk County. They also provide service to Southwest Washington in Clark and Cowlitz counties. 

Program: Darryl will be visiting Maletis 4 times in 2012 as a consultant and trainer to the company.  In addition to consulting with Bob Brown (VP Sales), Darryl is working extensively with the sales teams, district managers as well as other upper and executive management.

Program: Darryl will be visiting Olympic Eagle 4 times in 2011 as a consultant and trainer to the company.  In addition to consulting with Chris Hagle (VP Sales), Darryl is working extensively with the sales teams and team leaders to develop management skills.  This is Darryl's 2nd year working with Olympic Eagle.   

B & T - Nashville, TN 

Program: Darryl will be visiting B&T 7 times in 2012 as a consultant and trainer to the company. Darryl is working extensively with David Henry to develop the sales teams and team leaders.

Program: This is Darryl's 4th year with Heidelberg.  During his time with the company, Darryl has trained the fine sales professionals and managers in Heidelberg's Dayton, Cleveland, Toledo, Cincinnati and Columbus locations. He works very closely with the sales managers of both their wine and beer operations to build the teams' skills. 


Lipman Brothers - Nashville, TN (visit web site)

Program: Darryl will be visiting Lipman Brothers 4 times in 2011 as a consultant and trainer to the company. Darryl is working extensively with Paul Grand to develop the sales teams and team leaders This is Darryl's 3rd year working with Lipman Brothers.
