Each day we’re bombarded with so much useless info and It all consumes so much energy. Often, when we try to communicate with someone, our words are lost in the midst of all the distractions. As a defense mechanism, we’re hesitant to let others in because we can’t separate the “noise” from those who’ll really listen to us.
