Jan Gibson (along with her husband Randy) own Gibby's Wine Den.
Gibby’s Wine Den (in suburban Chicago) opened on March 24, 2005. Owners Randy and Jan Gibson
had long searched for the perfect wine experience. Since meeting, wine had drawn them together. Through the years the ideal retail setting eluded them. One night, on a long walk, the concept for Gibby’s Wine Den was born. Travels around the country to other successful venues massaged the model. With those experiences, the environment that they share today was developed.
