What if you sat down in a restaurant and a server never came to your table. That happened to me this week in Las Vegas. I’m out here at the NBWA Annual Conference. Yesterday, I addressed the Paulaner USA distributor’s meeting. As it was nearly 3pm Chicago time before I had a chance to eat, I stopped in a bistro-type restaurant at the Venetian for a quick salad.
