What do your Customers Think of you?

Do you ever wonder what your customers are thinking about you? Is this news you can use? Absolutely! It should be of great interest to you. Some of you may be thinking, “I don’t want to know!” Uh, probably not a good idea. Today's brief post is about taking a good hard look at how your customers see you. The goal is to find ways to ask these questions on a semi-regular or regular basis. Some questions drive at how you're performing within an account, while others are about how your company is performing. Both areas are vital. Whatever the case, start asking these questions now!
- Do your customers believe that you have their best interests at heart?
- Do your customers enjoy working with you?
- Do your customers view you as a strategic resource?
- Do your customers believe that they can rely on you?
- Do your customers view you as a provider of solutions?
- Do your customers believe that you follow through and keep commitments?
- Do your customers feel that you arrive on time and prepared for
meetings?
- Do your customers have their questions answered in a patient manner?
- Do your customers believe that you can verbalize how your products are
different from the competition?
- Do your customers feel that you truly know how your company and your
products are special and noteworthy?
