I've been working with many driver groups lately. In these programs we discuss the 6 building blocks of successful service providers. Pride, curiosity, honesty, organization, attitude and ownership. I typically ask the group for their ideas before sharing mine. Here's what one group came up with. It's pretty good if you ask me!Ownership:
