A Distributor's Hidden Asset

I saw that you have a section on drivers on your newsletter this morning. I want you to know about my driver Gene. He is the most conscientious, caring, connected person one could ask for in this role. He works tirelessly with a smile, he knows the accounts and respects what they need, and if there is ever an issue he is immediately on the phone letting me know what's up and suggesting a solution. Gene makes the southwest Florida route- which is notoriously far-flung- seem like a breez. If he ever needs help with a delivery or two, all the salespeople readily ease his burden because of his winning attitude. He is an integral part of our team. Oh, and he is 74.
